Fallbrook AYF Warriors

To be eligible to play or cheer for Fallbrook AYF you must:

• be between the ages of 5 and 15 and in 8th grade or less
• Have at least a 2.0 GPA (or agree to obtain a waiver from your school and be on academic probation)
• be willing to participate in our Community Give Back Program
• be willing to participate in at least one fundraiser each season
• be willing to complete the season barring any injury or illness
• Fall in to one of the age/weight brackets listed below.

Midget            11, 12, 13 & 14 yrs.     95-165 lbs.

                         15 Older/Lighter   MAX 149 lbs.

No additional pounds can be added each week.  Nine pounds was frontloaded to each tiers' max weight so player must stay at or below that max through the entire season in order to play each game.

All weight divisions are allowed 5 lbs. extra for gear except Midgets and they are allowed 6 lbs.

To register for football or cheer, you will need to fill out or have filled out, the following documents (click on document to pull up and print):

• Participation Contract
• Physical Form

Player or cheerleader must be present at registration to complete registration process. 

In addition to the above forms, please bring the following:

• 2 copies of birth certificate
• 1x1 photo (school photo fine)
• proof of residency (2 forms such as Driver's Licence, utility bills, etc.)

NOTE:  End of Year Report Card will be required no later than Equipment Issue Day.
